I am a native speaker of Spanish who received my education degree from San Augustin University in Peru. Professionally, I taught foreign language at the university level in Peru for over a decade. I'm now a U.S. resident living and working in Latham, New York. My tutoring strengths are in English, Latin, ESL/ELL, and Spanish 1-4. As an instructor, I combine my knowledge of the Spanish language and culture to help my students fully grasp the discipline. My pupils find me a patient teacher who works hard to develop a strong rapport by using clear, concise communication. My instruction is consistently infused with motivation to elicit the best response from my pupils. I believe instruction customized to a student's personal learning style produces the best results. I have experience working with both young learners and adults. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, music, and reading.
