"PieroC. Students talk about their experience"
ExperienceCiao! I am an Italian native speaker born and raised in Florence, Tuscany, currently teaching and tutoring Italian in Albany.
I was trained as a language teacher in Italy. After 20 years experience in Italian Public schools I retired and came here one year ago to continue the work I love, which is teaching Italian. I am available for teaching to children and adults on a one-to-one or group basis. I also accept to give on line help by Skype.
I recently followed innovative pedagogy for teaching Italian as a second language based a special program by the University for Foreigners in Siena, Italy.
Hourly rate 30 $ for one-to-one lesson in a public space. 40 $ for teaching directly to your home place. Hope to hear from you and start talking "Italiano" together. Ciao a tutti!
HobbiesFrom 1988 I have been enrolled by the Italian Foreign Ministry to teach different subjects in the Italian Schools abroad. For this reason I have often been living in different countries. Traveling, reading, meeting people from different countries and speaking different languages are my main interests. Reading about Italian Art and contemporary Italian Culture my main hobbies. I am currently living in the USA teaching Italian Language in a private language center where I can continue to cultivate my interests.
