I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. I have tutored younger students who were experiencing challenges learning Math and Science, and I am currently working as a Teaching Assistant with college students. I feel it is important for tutors to not only help their students with their classes, but to ensure that the students are aware of other resources they can use for assistance and how to access those resources. I see each student as an individual and shape our lesson plans around their strengths and challenges.
